Tas-ka and TAKUMI craftworks are organizing a Japanese cooking lesson in the Tas-ka shop.
We also invited Marika from Malicafe Organic Vegan Food Amsterdam.
She is a macrobiotic specialist. She organizes lessons, catering and sometimes restaurant days at her home.
Her way of approaching food is very inspiring for people and her workshops are always a happy
moment for sharing knowledge.
Japanese cooking might sound very difficult but if you know the basics, like how to cook rice and
make soup, you can make all kind of variations.
During the lesson you can try beautiful table and cooking wares form Japan.
TAKUMI craftworks give you hints and tips on how to use them.
